terms of service

◆ All prices are in EUR € and will be processed via invoice, through Paypal, Stripe or Wise.

◆ Turnover ranges from one to three business weeks depending on the order and current amount of clients.

◆ All quotes are base prices and subject to change depending on design complexity, additional characters or if the only available references are written.

◆ Please provide clear reference images, moodboards or descriptions — for the latter this means concise, to-the-point sentences.

◆ Full payment is required upfront up to 100€, after which 50/50 payment plans are accepted;

◆ Partial refunds (70%) are given if I have not moved passed the sketch phase. Full refunds will only be available if there are sudden extenuating circumstances that prevent me from successfully completing your order.

◆ If the order is placed with commercial use in mind, additional fees will apply.

◆ Under absolutely no condition may any part of my work be used in the creation of NFTs or used to train AI models. If this clause is broken you will be blacklisted from purchasing goods and services from me.

◆ I retain the rights to any and all artwork created by me and may use them for the purpose of advertising my services and showcasing examples (if you wish for your piece to remain private or otherwise be left anonymous, please check the appropriate options).

◆ I reserve the right to refuse any commission order, for any reason.

additional info

◆ I have different approaches to the same type of commission; if there’s a specific example that captures what you’re looking for, please let me know!

◆ You are entitled to up to three thumbnails, and three feedback sessions: two for the sketch and one during the final stages. Substantial corrections post-finalization imply a 5€/hour fee.

◆ Colour-block backgrounds and minor graphic effects may be requested at no added cost.

◆ All prices are converted from EUR € and will be processed through the available platforms' payment methods & currencies.

◆ Once claimed, the design/slot awaits payment for 24 hours, after which it will be put up for grabs again – in the event of an auction without AutoBuy, this means it will go to the next highest bidder.

◆ I retain the rights to the artwork and may use it to showcase examples of previous designs sold.

◆ Under absolutely no condition may any part of the design be used to train AI models. If this clause is broken you will be blacklisted from purchasing goods and services from me.

adoptables

◆ After purchase, you will be given a non-watermarked, hi-res version of the design via the auction platform, a private link or directly through email. If you've surpassed goals that entitle you to further art (character bust, additional outfit, alt colours), turnover may range from one to three business weeks. Partial refunds may be applied on add-ons, but the design itself is non-refundable.

◆ You may alter any details of the design, but should it reach a point where it is not recognizable as the original, I retain the right to contact you to discuss reselling it.

◆ Alternatively, you may resell it as is, for the same value you bought it for (unless you've created/received additional art in the meantime).

◆ Crediting is not obligatory but very much appreciated!

YCHs

◆ All base prices are set under the expectation that the character will not require major base alterations or additions – I may reach out to you if your design is too complex.

◆ Please provide clear reference images or descriptions – for the latter this means concise, to-the-point sentences.

◆ Partial refunds are given if I am unable to fulfill additional perks relating to the slot, such as alts or added rendering.
